Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Overview

Vega Vidya offers subscription-based access to our learning platform and optional one-time purchases of content packs. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines when you may be eligible for a refund and how cancellations are handled.

 

2. Subscription Plans

  • First-Time Subscription:
    You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you have used less than 20% of your available tagging/learning sessions or content during that period.

  • Renewals:
    Renewal payments are non-refundable once processed.

  • Mid-Term Cancellations:
    You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the paid period, but no prorated refunds will be provided.

3. One-Time Purchases (Content/Image Packs)

  • Refunds are available only if the purchased pack has not been accessed, downloaded, or viewed.

  • Once accessed, these purchases are non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Technical error preventing access for more than 72 consecutive hours

  • Legal requirement under applicable law

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for purchase.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  1. Registered account email

  2. Order or payment ID

  3. Reason for the request

7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy occasionally. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
